2. Once your order has been placed, email your personalisation details to fuzztoneprints@gmail.com

Once your personalisation details have been received, we aim to provide you with a proof copy of your design within 48hrs.

We will not progress with printing your order until the proof copy has been approved

Our prints are giclée printed onto a heavyweight museum quality matte paper (200gsm)

Giclée printing is a technique that produces fine art prints with exceptional detail, vibrant colors, and longevity. Using state-of-the-art inkjet printers and archival quality inks, giclée prints faithfully reproduce the texture, colour, and depth of the original artwork.

All of our prints are provided unframed.

Our prints are in standard sizes so you will be able to find a ready-made frame that will fit in with your decor

Our printers aim to dispatch items within 1-4 working days. We use a global network of print suppliers to ensure shorter shipping distances, faster delivery times and less environmental impact

Please note that personalised orders will not be processed until the proof copy has been approved.

Yes, we are based in the UK but we can ship worldwide.

We use a global network of print suppliers. Your order will be fulfilled by the printer closest to your location to reduce costs and reduce shipping times.

Yes, once your item has been dispatched you will receive a notification containing the shipment tracking details

On the rare occasion that there is a problem with your delivery or item then please get in touch with us by emailing hello@fuzztoneprints.com

If your item has been received damaged then please include a photo of the packaging so that we can resolve this for you as soon as possible.

We are unable to cancel orders as all of our prints go straight into production once the order has been received.

If you would like to return or exchange your item please email hello@fuzztoneprints.com within 14 days from receipt.
